2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (d) you are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of slitph or any of its affiliates; and (e) you are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by slitph or any relevant gaming authority.
2.4 Verification. slitph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the slitph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If slitph identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings from bonus funds may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. slitph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Ownership. slitph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
slitph is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this commitment, slitph may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slitph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed on the cashier page.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your slitph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. slitph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by slitph within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Where technically possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. slitph will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the slitph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slitph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 slitph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. slitph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if slitph reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
5.5 slitph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

11.2 slitph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slitph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 slitph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude slitph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 slitph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if slitph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, slitph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting the slitph support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
12.4 slitph reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent slitph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
