7.3 Communications data, such as customer support chat logs and email correspondence, is retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer retention period is required for the resolution of a dispute or legal proceeding.

7 .4 When your personal data is no longer required for any legitimate purpose, slitph will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

10. Children's Privacy

10.1 The slitph Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. slitph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If slitph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.
